Background / History of Business |
The concept was developed over a number of years by a team of highly experienced restaurateurs, with the first successfully operating Corporate store which opened in the Johannesburg CBD in May 2008. The concept is fully supported by the operational infrastructure of the Dulce Group ( FASA member) . |
Minimum Investment |
Total set up costs are approximately R1 million – with the operator requiring a minimum of 40% unencumbered capital. Ongoing Royalty and Advertising charges of 5 % and 3% on Turnover. |
Training |
Full training provided for owners, management and staff, and ongoing back up support for front and back of house. |
Locations Available |
A number of franchised sites have been identified throughout South Africa ( site location may dictate preference for African ownership / management ) and are available to be opened in the second half of 2008, with 12 stores planned for 2009. Stores will be located within high traffic areas such as predominantly African malls, busy street side locations and/or close to taxi ranks, visible to passing traffic. |
