Full training is provided for you and your permanent staff for a minimum of two months before your store opens, including an additional month of training once the store has opened. Training is also provided to front of house and back of house staff.
Field service consultants visit stores on a regular basis to conduct store reports and audits to assess your needs and help you work through any challenges. The national marketing fund is used to drive national marketing activities, including national advertising, promotions, public relations and brand awareness. The marketing team provides guidance, design and support for local store marketing initiatives as well.
