Sorbet Salons and Sorbet Nail Bars was launched in August 2005. In October 2006, the Sorbet Society loyalty program was launched. This has become the backbone of the entire business and is currently approaching 70,000 members. In 2011, we launched The Beauty Therapy Insitute at Sorbet, a beauty school which offers a unique and refreshing approach to starting a career as a beauty therapist.
